Having started his career in India with Mahindra & Mahindra and Larsen & Toubro, he moved to Kuwait in 1995 to explore new opportunities. His stint in Kuwait with Refrigeration Industries Company and Carrier Corporation gave him an in-depth experience across the product Life Cycle from Design, Manufacturing and Erection to Maintenance in HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration.
Oren has been in the Middle East for the last 15 yrs and has gained wide exposure across the GCC region before starting his own MEP company in Kuwait to support US Military contractors for operations in Kuwait, Iraq & Afghanistan. He moved to Dubai in 2006 to ride the wave of the boom in real estate and construction industry by starting Emirates Icon Electromechanical Co LLC as Managing Director. Emirates Icon operates across the UAE and has capability to deploy a workforce of 500 in the MEP Industry.
Oren sees a bright future for the FM industry in UAE and plans to diversify into Facility Management & Intelligent Building Management Systems.
